Dave manages workflow and quality control across the full range of projects in the Dinniss Communications portfolio. With 25 years’ industry experience in B2B and B2C communications, his insight and strategic acumen help ensure a high level of effectiveness and consistency across the board. With an MA in English to his name, Dave particularly enjoys the creative side of content creation and is a stickler for accuracy.

After nearly 15 years in the team, Meagan has developed a keen understanding of how best to achieve her clients’ goals across print and digital channels. She thrives on adding value, while building strong relationships with them and their customers. Meagan brings journalistic passion and genuine curiosity to her work and thoroughly enjoys interacting with people. She has a combined honours in journalism, French and Spanish.

Luke is a highly skilled graphic designer with seven years’ experience and a BA in Arts and Media. Prior to joining the Dinniss team, Luke worked with global brands such as Simrad, Lowrance and B&G Sailing, as well as Nelson Tasman's innovation hub Mahitahi Colab and Vertical Horizonz. A passionate creative with additional strengths in digital illustration and motion graphics, Luke brings a broad range of expertise to the effective and efficient realisation of client briefs.  

The newest member of our team, Caelin is highly organised and provides critical support across all digital marketing initiatives for our clients. She has a BA in Communications from Victoria University and is continuing to develop expertise across a variety of online platforms and business administration systems. With her naturally positive outlook, she brings a can-do attitude to her role. Caelin was born and raised in Christchurch and is now loving life in Wellington! 

With a BA in Journalism and an MA in International Politics from Newcastle University, alongside commercial writing experience across a broad range of topics and industries in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, Russell has developed a nose for a story and an engaging, adaptable style. Russell brings a natural enthusiasm to the varied print and digital content we produce for our client audiences.
